Rob Brouwer - Chief Information Officer
Rob was appointed Chief Information Officer of Equiduct in 2006 and has been involved with the ETS trading platform since 2000 when he performed the technical due diligence leading to the acquisition of Easdaq by Nasdaq.
He has been instrumental in the functional and technical development of the trading system to make it the industry leader it is today.
Prior to this, Rob was CTO of Nasdaq Europe where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the European version of the SuperMontage trading platform. Rob played a pivotal role in the subsequent acquisition and implementation of this trading system to replace the Nasdaq US legacy trading infrastructure.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Rob was responsible for the technology department of derivatives branch of Euronext Brussels. Rob has twenty years of experience in information technology management within the financial services industry, working for companies such as BNP, Euroclear, Euronext and IBM. In these roles Rob has been responsible for major software and services procurements and project implementations.
